ROUTE:
Start at Ubib drop off point. Head off in a northerly
direction. After 1 hour 15 minutes you should arrive at
the Gaub and Ubib intersections. Turn LEFT.
After 20 minutes an arrow pointing RIGHT will lead you
into the Rotberg Spring (45 minutes).
HEADING BACK: Walk in a southerly direction (on the route
you walked on). After 15 minutes arrows pointing to the
LEFT will lead you up a steep incline onto a plateau.
After ± 25 minutes the trail veers off to the RIGHT
down a steep decline to the Rock Pools in the Gaub.
From there, head westerly down the Gaub. After 10 minutes,
you should be at the Witberg/Gaub intersections
(marked by thick vegetation). Turn LEFT after approximately
2 - 2,5 hours you should arrive at the Witberg Spring
(also a lot of vegetation).
At the last tree on the western side while you are facing
south arrows will lead you out of the river bed and poles
will guide you up into a ravine. After approximately 800
m you should arrive at the gravel road (pick up point).
